COVID-19 UPDATE STATUS.

At this critical time of the pandemic, we hope that you, your families, teams and communities are well and we have decided to update you on the key travel trends and focus on how we can keep all our guests safe especially those that are brave enough to make their holiday in the future.

We want to continue sharing with you the various ways and ideas on how to travel safely and help you prepare for this ‘new normal’ as it relates to the tourism and travel industry. Over the past month it has been particularly rewarding for all of us to move from the acute reaction to planning how we resume providing award winning experiences to our mutual guests.

All passengers arriving are required to present their PCR COVID test certificate (Negative) on arrival and there is no quarantine.  In Rwanda, all passengers are subjected to another COVID test upon arrival at Kigali International Airport and is at a fee of US$ 60.00 per person and they have a mandatory night in a designated hotel in Kigali.

While departing in Uganda and Rwanda, passengers are required to do a departure COVID test and must be presented to the airline before flying. This must be valid and taken with 120hrs.

All guests you must comply with prescribed protocols.
